Chihuahua Raven
Corvus cryptoleucus

This crow sized raven is a familiar sight in the deserts of the Southwestern US. Apart from its smaller size and desert location, this omnivorous and opportunistic raven can be distinguished from other members of the raven family by the base of its feathers. Unlike other ravens whose feathers are grey at the base, this raven's feathers are white. The call in this ringtone is a typical "caw" of this bird.
